CommunityZero®Help
Every folder and individual content item, with the exception of calendar entries, can be assigned its own unique set of permissions. Custom permissions can also be set for each Membership Group defined in the community, as well as for each individual member of the community.
Basic permission schemes can be set while adding or editing a folder. The permission setting format is a basic template for easy access to the most commonly used permission settings.
You can set basic permission settings while adding or editing a folder. A drop-down selection box will appear called "Basic Permissions".
From the drop-down box, select the permission scheme that you would like to apply. If you would like to set custom permissions, you must first create the folder and then edit its properties. If the folder is already created, select the "Permissions" button in the gray toolbar. See the help section on Custom Permissions for more details.
