CommunityZero®Help
This application is "web-based" meaning that its interface is accessible through a standard web browser (additional software installation is not required). Since this application is hosted on central servers, any Internet-connected computer can use a community from anywhere in the world. This makes online communities incredibly portable and easy-to-use.

A cookie is a small piece of information passed on from this site to your browser. It is used to "remember" who you are (for security reasons) and what community you are currently visiting. In no way is a cookie used to violate one's privacy. To learn how to enable cookies in your Web browser, see your Web browser's help file.
A Java Virtual Machine (JVM) is not required
by Internet Explorer users running the Windows®
operating system.
Java is an additional programming language that can be supported by your Web browser.
Java is often included with your Web browser, however, some vendors
require that you download and install the Java Virtual Machine (JVM) separately.
The latest JVM can be added to your browser at anytime by downloading
from the
Get Java Technology website.
The only Java applet used by the application is the multi-file upload found in the Files and Media community tools and in the site design file upload page in Site Administration (See the Site Administration help files for more information).
If you have installed Windows® XP SP2 (service pack) and you are experiencing problems with Script Debugging, follow the instructions below to disable the Script Debugger.
