Databases that contain date and time fields have the option of being viewed in a calendar format. This format makes it easier to view which records have been associated to certain days of the month.
To view a database in a calendar format, select the calendar icon
that appears next to any date or date time field name.

Calendar icon appears to the left of the field name.
The database will be presented in a monthly calendar format. The month displayed corresponds to the first entry in the date column. Database records will appear as calendar entries. If more that five entries appear on the same day, a "More..." link will be displayed. Click the "More..." link to view all Database Records occurring on that particular day.

To view further information about a record, place the mouse over any record. A pop-up will appear with a shortened version of the record's details. To view the complete details of a record, click a record from the calendar view.

While displaying a database in its calendar format, it is also possible
to filter and view all records for that month in a summary table. To
view the monthly list of records, select the drop-down icon
in the grey box below the calendar. The
box will then expand to show a list of all records occurring for that
particular month.
