Database: Options

Upon viewing a database there are several actions that can be performed:

• You may be prompted to enter search criteria to run a view.

• You may search the current view for records.

• Select an option from the drop-down menu.

• Overview

Presents a page with links to view all records, add record, advanced search, and links to any custom created views.

• View all records

Displays a page containing all records that have been added to the database.

• Add a record

• View draft records

• Perform an advanced search

• Select a "view"

• Select a "Personal Saved Search"

• View as Calendar
