CommunityZero®Help
Upon viewing a database, a page may appear with a set of fields in which search criteria can be entered. This page appears if an initial view has been selected for the database that allows users to modify which criteria is being searched. Views are used to customize which records of a database are being displayed to members of the community. It is very similar to performing a search.

You may be prompted to complete fields such as these upon viewing a database, or selecting a view
You can choose to enter or select values for these fields, leave them blank, or use pre-selected criteria that may appear in some or all fields. Pressing the button labeled "Continue" will perform a search on all records in the database and return a display of the results.
Note: Performing
a search on an empty field searches all possible values.
