What's New Page

When you log-in or preview a community you are first taken to its "What's New" page, which presents a synopsis of the recent activity that has taken place in the community.

Select a content item (i.e. "discussions") to view its details or use the left-hand navigation bar to access all content within a particular area. Note that the What's New page may vary in appearance between communities: its presentation is customizable and it is possible that some content areas are not represented at all (see What's New Configuration).  

From the gray toolbar at the top of the What's New page, members can also choose to open the Community Explorer, visit the community's Welcome Page, access Administration, and add Highlights to the What's New Page.

The What's New Page also provides additional functionality such as a simpler version of the search form.
