Securely store and share any type of computer file. Files can be cross-referenced and moderated. Folders can be set to restrict upload or download of files if desired. Supports version control and check-in/check-out functionality.
Use the point-and-click interface for adding images, audio, video and other multimedia files to your communities. Images are stored in user-defined albums (galleries) and can be embedded into articles. Media Gallery files can be cross-referenced with other files and images and can also be moderated.
Collect and share structured information such as resources, tasks, related Web sites, directories, event registries, surveys and more. With user-defined input fields, users can search and save views. Databases may be cross-referenced, moderated, imported and exported to an external file.
Manage Your Community

Customize your community name, alias, description and welcome message. Communities can also be linked directly to an external Web site.
Select only the tools you want available to members. Tools can be renamed and re-ordered as needed. This section also controls the quantity and layout of content on the "What's New" page.
Organize your membership base into easy-to-manage groups. Permissions for each group can be set for an entire tool, folder or even a single content item.
Share time-sensitive news or encourage participation via e-mail broadcasts to all members or a select group of members within a community.
Systematically review all content submitted by members. Remove inappropriate content and highlight quality content. Each content area can be set to hide un-moderated items.
Control the overall privacy level of your communities. Allow non-users to preview communities; set a community password for bulk invitations.

Invitation tracking and management tools permit administrators to review, revoke and resend community invitations. New applicants wait for approval in an organized queue. Open communities do not require pre-approval while restricted and private communities use "invitation keys" to auto-approve invited applicants.
